PRE BRIDAL SKIN CARE

Are you a bride .. Your marriage may be in one month or two months.

Then this is the right time to start the skin care.

Apart from the packages available in big spa's it is very important to take the personal attention for the skin care.  This need not to be the most elaborated one but definitely has to be disciplined.

Water.. Nature's best gift.  consume 8-10 glasses which will give your skin an instant glow.  Also helps you detoxify and keeps your skin hydrated.

Begin your day with 4 glasses of warm water and a bowl of papaya.  This cleanses your system which reflects on your skin and keeps you calm.   Keep in handy others fruits like oranges, apples and guava and eat them between meals which will keep away the junk foods. Always stick to healthy home made foods. Include salad made out of cucumber, tomatoes, carrots etc. 

Everytime going out, don't forget to use a sunblock.  Even if you apply make up keep a sunblock base.  Apply it 15 mins prior to stepping out and those 15 mins make sure that you do not sweat.  Your skin must absorb the sunblock fully for it to give you best results. 

Sleeping before,  do cleansing, Toning & Moisturizing.  Good night cream should be mild and without fragrance. 

Do a home facial and understand your skin type, dry,oily or combination skin.  and apply the facial accordingly

Besides all to keep you calm sleep minimum 7 hours a day because body needs rest and sleeping is the best way.  It makes your skin glow and prevents forming of dark circles.  The best time to sleep is between 10.00 pm and 5.00 am

Please make sure to sleep between these hours.

COOKING TIPS....


I would like to share the following small small tips which are very useful for the daily life.

1. While making chapathi dough you can use Milk+water instead of plain water which will give you softness in Chapathi. 

2. Garlic skin .. peel the garlic skin easily by warm the garlic clove in Microwave oven slightly or you can submerge them in water about 10 minutes.

3. You can chop the onion without crying..  you can cut them under the running water or can cut them near gas flame.  Or you can refrigerate the onion before cutting is a best idea.

4. Lemons can be stored in a room temperature for a week after that it become harder.  To preserve them for a longer period you coat them with  coconut oil and refrigerate them  in a open container.

WOMEN .. SITTING IN ONE PLACE

Now a days it is well known fact that people are sitting in one place and working for more than 12 to 14 hours also that is because of the technology improvement. 

But recent research found that those who are working duly sitting in one place for more than 6 hours and not doing any exercise are easily gaining diseases like heart problems, diabetic, hypertension, nerve problem, obesity etc..

If a woman sitting for 3 hours continuously will get only 20% life risk but those who are sitting in one place for more than 6 hours will get 40% life risk.  But for man it is only 20%. Also women may die in the younger age also.

Hence it is not advisable to sit in a one place for more than 30 minutes continuously.  After 30 minutes take a small walk or stand up from the chair and drink some water and work further.

Keep fit and healthy is more important.

TIPS FOR FACE WASH

All are washing our face daily twice or thrice or whenever we are going to rest room all the times we are washing our face.

But are we washing our face correctly?  Do not know please see are you following the washing methods.

1.  Wash your hands before washing your face.  After that apply cleanser with small cotton piece  in to your face and cleanse the face.  If you are having dry skin, apply creamy cleanser and if you are having oily skin apply watery cleanser .. one or two times daily.  More than two times will swipe away the natural  moisture too.

2. Water .. wash with lukewarm water which will remove the dust from your face.  After wash dry the skin.  So your face will shine.

3. Face wash ..  Now face wash are very popular.  You can apply soap for the face once or twice.  But you can apply face wash whenever you are washing your face.  Clean the face with water and apply the face wash and massage  and wash thoroughly.    Please keep in mind never do the massage more than 1 or 2 minutes

4. FACIAL SCRUB .. It is advisable to do with fingers with circular movement only 3 or 4 minutes and weekly once or twice which will remove the dead cells from the skin.  You can use home facial scrubs like oil with sugar or salt mix together and apply on the skin.
