7 HOURS SLEEP .. GOOD FOR WOMEN

All persons needs sleep.  Sleep disorders will lead in to health problems.  Especially women needs at least 7 hours sound sleep. If a lady dint sleep for 7 hours daily it will lead in to hyper tension, dull eye and other health complications.  This 7 hours sleep will not applicable for male.

If you are not sleeping for 7 hours then the risk of getting hypertension and Heart problem will be more. 

So, sleep for 7 hours and free from Hypertension and other heart related disease.
