WEIGHT REDUCTION PROGRAM

Now a days most of the people become fat because of the food habits and  life style changes.  The over weight has created more problem.  All the people are struggling for reducing the same.

Follow the tips and enjoy the benefit

1. Add more Onion and Garlic in your food, which will eradicate the cholesterol.

2. Eat Papaya daily ,, which will reduce the weight

3. Instead of drinking ordinary water, drink sombu(glossary) water. it will reduce the unwanted growth of the body

4. Make a habit of drinking a juice of Arugampul  or Vazhai thandu (banana steam) and keep your body fit.
