Recent research done by Rogampdun University of England total 1100 men and women were selected and they were analyzed about their health and sleeping habits.
They found that whoever sleeping early in the night and wake up early in the morning are healthy and they are not obese and they are feeling joyous throughout their life.
They do not have any mental tension and sadness.
But those who are sleeping in the late nights are having healthy problems and they are affected very much mentally and physically.
Please go to sleep daily early and wake up early. But as per the current life style it is very difficult, at least you please follow a time frame go to bed every day in that particular time and wake up in that particular time. At least this will also help them to keep fit.
