AN UNFORGETTABLE STORY..........

The nest of young eagles hung on every word as the Master Eagle described his exploits. This was an important day for the eaglets. They were preparing for their first solo flight from the nest. It was the confidence builder many of them needed to fulfill their destiny.

"How far can I travel?" asked one of the eaglets.
"How far can you see?" responded the Master Eagle.
"How high can I fly?" quizzed the young eaglet.
"How far can you stretch your wings?" asked the old eagle.
"How long can I fly?" the eaglet persisted.
"How far is the horizon?" the mentor rebounded.
"How much should I dream?" asked the eaglet.
"How much can you dream?" smiled the older, wiser eagle.
"How much can I achieve?" the young eagle continued.
"How much can you believe?" the old eagle challenged.

Frustrated by the banter, the young eagle demanded, "Why don't you answer my questions?"
"I did."
"Yes. But you answered them with questions."

"I answered them the best I could."
"But you're the Master Eagle. You're supposed to know everything. If you can't answer these questions, who can?"
"You." The old wise eagle reassured.
"Me? How?" the young eagle was confused.
"No one can tell you how high to fly or how much to dream. It's different for each eagle. Only God and you know how far you'll go. No one on this earth knows your potential or what's in your heart. You alone will answer that. The only thing that limits you is the edge of your imagination."

The young eagle puzzled by this asked, "What should I do?"

"Look to the horizon, spread your wings, and fly."

MOTHER ...LOST HER MOTHERLINESS

A mother of 5 children got jail for 99 years cos she tortured her children. 

Elizabath Mascalena .. she belongs to DALLAS of USA and having 5 children.  Her children are more naughty (ya it is natural) , but a mother should have patience.  She is not having that.  

She tortured her daughter  who is only two years old  Jacqueline..  she is not listening her word .. (how can she thought like that...what that small girl will do what she will listen).. she gave a her slaps on her back, and hit her with milk vessel and she kicked her with her leg.

Still she cannot control her anger, Elizabath put heavy adhesive on her daughter hand and paste her both hand on the wall.   The small baby wants to remove her hand from wall but it is not possible, her elbow broken, her lungs broken, her hand skin has come out with blood, her brain affected and finally went in to coma ..  how how it is possible for a mother......??????????

When the Jacqueline admitted in to hospital, the police inquired for 5 days and finally Court gave 99 years jail for Elizabeth.  She should not apply appeal for 45 years and she should come out in parole for 30 years.

The reason behind this judgement is till the end of the baby's life, she should not give torture. 

GOD GAVE HER A BEAUTIFUL GIFT BUT SHE DOES NOT KNOW THE VALUE FOR IT.

NOW a days it is a challenge to Manage women bosses.

Women by nature tend to have a comparatively understandable and pleasing approach of management as compared to male bosses. Women have a gradual and progressive approach towards the problems and diversity, they have tremendous comprehensive and verbal aptitude skills; which make them more communicative, they are soft matured and are emotionally attached to people; resulting in good relationship management and team building capabilities. Moreover, women are proved to have more intelligence than men do.

Take the example of Indra Nooyi, the corporate jewel, who 

became the highest-paid chief executive at Pepsi Co, She 

motivates her staff with human touch like helping her 

employees in all possible ways and didn’t mind guiding them 

from boardroom to front office. She always spent time in 

writing thank you letters to spouses and parents of all her 

employees. She always considered employees as her extended family and maintained an open- door policy.

In spite of having many positive characters like discipline, 

straight forwardness, adorable nature that bends and blends 

people with soft communication as compared to men, 

statistical analysis say that it is tough to work with women 

bosses as compared to men. It comes to our surprise to hear 

from even women employees stating that it is easy to work 

with he boss than a she boss.

But, why is this happening? The reasons may be numerous 

such as; Woman may some times feel overburdened with 

responsibilities of the family and work place, and this creates 

a lot of work-life imbalance. This makes them lose control 

over their emotions and they get more intolerant and 

impulsive on very minute things, and see every thing under a 

magnifier, resulting in a hard to predict unconventional 

behavior, making work place a hell for their subordinates. One 

more, thing is the count of women bosses is always very little 

as compared to men. This makes it more difficult for them 

overcome the domination of men to break the glass ceiling, 

always making their position insecure, and this results in their 

tough and coerce behavior. One more things would be, they 

might have worked up to this position striving through many 

obstacles, and they wanted their subordinates to experience 

the same difficulty.

What ever may be the reason for your bosses 

unconventional behavior? You cannot always keep on 

changing your boss, whether it is he or she. So, better know 

how to deal or manage your boss and march ahead in your 

workplace without any friction. It is just a matter of your 

perception to know what type of person your boss is, how

VEGETABLE RAITHA

Ingredients

Curd .. 2 cups

Cucumber .. 1 

Carrot .. 1

Tomato .. 1 

Green chilli .. 2 nos.

Ginger .. 1 small piece

Salt .. to taste

Method

Wash Cucumber, Tomato and Green chilli and cut in to fine pieces

Grate the carrot.

Remove the ginger skin and grate the same

Add all the tomato, cucumber, Carrot, ginger and green chilli and add salt and mix well and refrigerate.

Serve cool..
