YOGA .. FOR WOMEN

Learning yoga is important for all especially very much

 important to women.  You may think why?  It is biological

need for women.  From the beginning itself we cannot 

stretch our legs while pregnancy, so women are 

worshiping god by bending their knee.


Though women are learning all the aasanas, she cannot 

do such aasanas during monthly cycles, pregnancy and 

some period after delivery.  So to keep her fit, she has to 

do regular yoga for women.



She has to select a good teacher for yoga learning.  She 

has to continue the yoga.  Women problem like Anemia, 

High Blood Pressure,  Obesity,  back pain, knee problems, 

arthritis etc can be eradicated by doing regular yoga.


Another important thing that if you do yoga, mental 

tension  will go away.  

Do the yoga and lead a healthy and happy life.
