TASTY AND HEALTHY BUTTER MILK .. DRINK AND ENJOY

Hi friends,

During these peek summer we need something to for our thirsty.  There are various soft drinks are available in the market.  They can also stop our thirsty.  But the Butter milk .. is always ever green to stop the thirsty and will give good health to our body. 

From curd we can remove the butter and the rest is called butter milk.  We can add coriander leaves, Ginger, Green chilies (finely chopped)  and add salt to taste and drink when you are feeling thirsty.  Some times we may not feel hungry at that time you can drink this butter milk add with Pot water within 30 minutes your hunger will go from you. 

Butter milk contains Potassium, Phosphorus, Vitamin B 12, Calcium etc.  

Butter milk make our digestive system work well. 

To avoid sour in butter milk during summer we can put the butter inside the Buttermilk till it exhaust. 

We can also ask our kid to drink butter milk instead of soft drinks.
