YOGA MUDHRA FOR REDUCTION OF BLOOD PRESSURE.

Timings .. 15 to 25 minutes daily


How to do the above mudhra ..


Let your middle and ring fingers of both the hands touch your palm.  Other fingers let it straight.  You do daily for 15 to 45 minutes your blood pressure level will come down considerably
